Our international removals and shipping partners have to comply with our high standards of performance and the strict terms of our Service Level Agreement. Our partners are members of FIDI (Fédération Internationale des Déménageurs Internationaux) – the largest global alliance of independent quality, focussed international removal companies – and/or OMNI (Overseas Moving Network International) which represents the best of the world’s international moving organisations in over 70 countries.

Our comprehensive vetting process not only looks at our partners historical levels of service and the standard of their storage and office facilities, but how under Aqua’s management and coordination, they would specifically deliver these services to our clients assignee’s, which would cover their packing methods, the quality of the packing materials used and the professional manner of their packing crews and internal office staff.
