Your dedicated move manager is your single point of contact throughout the entire relocation. They liaise with the removal partner, manage customs documentation, coordinate packing and collection dates, handle any issues that arise in transit and keep you informed at every stage.

Can Aqua handle visa, home search, and destination services as well?
Aqua focuses on the physical move such as household goods, shipping, customs and move management. For visa and immigration support, our sister company Clearview Immigration handles all UK and international visa applications, work permits and sponsor licence requirements.
For home search, school search and settling-in services, Clearview Relocation provides full destination support. Both companies are part of the Clearview Group, meaning your entire relocation can be managed in a coordinated way across specialist teams.

We were very happy with the service. The Aqua team were a joy to work with and were very knowledgeable in answering any questions we had. The removal crew were also friendly and they took great care and time in packing all of our effects and this combined with Aqua’s excellent coordination of our move and the professionalism in fact of both crews in London and in New York, made this a pleasurable stress free experience.
Very Impressed With Their Attention To Detail
The packing team arrived on time, were efficient, tidy and unobtrusive and they worked very well together. The crew were superb and I was very impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of the packing, particularly for some items, which were of very sentimental value to us. In addition the Aqua team have been great from step one and I will certainly use them again when I move back to Singapore.
