At Aqua, clear communication, genuine understanding and care are at the heart of every successful corporate relocation. That’s why every assignee is supported by their own dedicated International Move Manager.
As global move‑management specialists, we build strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients, assignees and partners around the world. We recognise that no two relocations are the same. Once instructions are received, the assignee’s International Move Manager will make contact to introduce themselves, understand individual needs, explain the process and arrange the pre‑move survey. Thanks to our innovative “One Survey – Three Quotations” approach, this is the only appointment required throughout the entire move.
Each of our international relocation specialists has either experienced relocation personally or lived overseas, giving them genuine empathy for the practical, emotional and logistical challenges involved. Acting as the assignee’s single point of contact from start to finish, they provide clear communication, proactive updates and expert support to ensure a smooth, stress‑free moving experience.
